Yes, all our gemstones and diamonds come with proper certifications from reputed gemological labs, ensuring authenticity, quality, and grading accuracy.
2. Do you offer customization for jewelry?
Absolutely! We specialize in custom-made jewelry. You can choose your design, metal, and stones, and our expert craftsmen will bring your vision to life.
3. Can I return or exchange a product?
Returns and exchanges are allowed within 7 days of purchase on select items. Products must be unused, undamaged, and accompanied by the original invoice and certification. Custom-made items are not eligible for return.
4. Do you provide a warranty on your products?
Yes. We offer a limited warranty on manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear or damage due to misuse are not covered. Details are provided at the time of purchase.
